My name is Michael Snodgrass, and I have been providing certified computer training for more than twenty years. I hold current Adobe expert certifications (ACE) in Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Animate (Flash), PhotoShop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Captivate, as well as the CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer Certification (CTT+). I am also recognized by Adobe as an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI), Adobe Certified Web Master CC, Adobe Certified Design Master CC, and Adobe Certified Video Master CC. I also have extensive experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, as well as Camtasia Studio.

I Graduated summa cum laude from American Intercontinental University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, specializing in Digital Communication.
I also received an Associate Degree in Business Management from AIU, and studied video production and audio engineering at the Art Institute of Atlanta.
Experience
Prior to going into business for myself, I spent eight years as Lead Technology Trainer for CompUSA in Atlanta, GA. During that time, I designed and delivered computer training to hundreds of corporate and private clients. The highly effective and versatile training method I developed can be adapted smoothly to almost any training environment.
